Our Founder

After completing his early education in Sweden, he earned a degree in Economics from Stockholm University, one of the country’s most prestigious institutions. He later pursued an MBA at the London School of Economics, where he honed his skills in financial management, strategic planning and global market analysis – all critical attributes for founding a family office.

Following his studies, Johansson built an impressive career at several prominent Swedish firms. He held key positions at Lantmännen, where he specialised in wealth management solutions for private clients. He also contributed his expertise at Handelsbanken, known for its diverse banking services, including investment banking, stock trading, consumer banking, life insurance and corporate transactions. Johansson was recognised for his innovative approach to portfolio management and mergers and acquisitions during his tenure there.

Through these experiences, Erik developed a deep understanding of wealth stewardship, risk management and ethical investment strategies. His commitment to ethical practices and sustainable growth laid the foundation for Rosewood Team.
Erik Johansson passed away in 2023, leaving a legacy of excellence, integrity and a vision that continues to guide Rosewood Team. His story inspires our approach today, as we remain dedicated to the values and principles he instilled in our firm.
